Please send payment info to your sales rep as soon as you finished payment so that they can confirm the payment for you asap, then they will arrange parcels for you.

How can I be sure that my payment has gone through?

Upon completion of every order, you receive a confirmation email. If your payment fails to go through successfully, once every two days we e-mail you a reminder with another chance to make your payment.

How long will you receive my payment?

Money Gram and Western Union will take about 30~60 minutes before we receive it.
Bitcoin will take about 30~60 minutes.
Bank Transfer will take 2~5 days.

Are there any hidden costs?

The total price you pay for products includes products fee and shipping fee. There are no hidden extra costs.
